【岗位】寒假居家英文陪伴外教
【地点】平潭金井湾片区
【孩子】两名，哥哥 6 岁，弟弟 3 岁
【时间】寒假全天陪伴，起止日期可协商
【工作内容】
全程使用英文和孩子沟通，打造自然的英语母语环境，不进行枯燥的课本教学。
1. 英文绘本阅读、英文儿歌、小故事，引导孩子听读、开口表达；
2. 全英文陪玩：角色扮演、积木、绘画手工、益智游戏、小区户外散步玩耍；
3. 陪伴孩子日常活动（吃点心、午休等），在生活场景里自然进行英文输入；
4. 照顾看护两个低龄孩子，关注孩子安全与情绪，耐心引导。
【任职要求】
1. 英语母语者（英美加澳新等），发音地道标准；
2. 真心喜欢小朋友，性格温柔有耐心，情绪稳定，有幼教、低龄儿童陪伴 / 早教经验优先；
3. 全程和孩子只用英文交流，不使用中文；

#### Job Description
This is NOT exam-oriented tutoring. Your main goal is to create a **100% English immersion environment** for our kids through play and daily interaction.
- Read English picture books, sing English songs and tell simple stories, encourage kids to listen and speak.
- Play with kids in English: role-play, blocks, drawing, crafts, outdoor walks & games.
- Interact with kids in English during daily routines (snack time, nap time etc.)
- Take good care of two young children, watch over their safety and emotions.
#### Requirements
- Native English speaker (US / UK / Canada / Australia / New Zealand etc.) with clear, standard pronunciation.
- Love young children, patient, gentle and emotionally calm. Prior experience in early childhood education or caring for toddlers is preferred.
- Speak ONLY English to the children at all times.
